The elder sister:oppol is written by mt vasudhevan nair..it is a super story..and i really enjoy it....
                       It is the tragic tale of an illegitimate child Appu and his mother Malu, whom he believes to be his elder sister. A piece in first-person narration, the story unfolds through the perspective of Appu in the ‘stream of consciousness’ technique of narration and  is woven around the themes of emotional deprivation faced by Malu due to the denial of her motherhood, the alienation she has to suffer in a patriarchal society, the plight of a forced marriage and separation from her child, innocence of Appu unsullied by the insensitivities and suppressions of the adult world and the frustration of Devaki Amma, who is also a woman and a mother.
Malu is Appu’s mother. But the child grows up thinking that she is his sister. Malu is denied the basic privilege of motherhood. He child does not call her ‘mother’. Though she takes care of him, she cannot do it as a mother does because it bewilders Appu. She has to leave her child and is forcefully married off to someone. her feelings are not considered.

Am suhaila D/O sainudheen. I have father, mother and a brother. My father is working in abroad and mother is a housewife and my brother studying on 12th standards. I complete my schooling from my home village..and  I passed SSLC with first class…so I decided to my future as a journalist..I joined my +2 at Janatha HigherSsecondary School Naduvattam. I completed my +2 in journalism…and I start the journey of my life from that school... I get so many friends from there…when I passed my +2 I had more confusion about my future…what is next…..

                                              My family is the big inspiration of me…especially my father. He is my best thing in my life…and my father and mother is the role models of my life..he wish to make me as teacher. I decided to become a teacher with working as a freelancer…I starting my degree at ideal arts and science college cherpulassery….i completed my degree in BA English Language and Litrature..Now I comebacks to my dream…,because I started my PG in master of journalism and mass communication at Bharathiar University……
